- VMware View 5.1
- GPO
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Change Request
- Incidents
- File service management:
- Update file structure, change in access group
- Create new file structure, create access group
- Troubleshooting access problems. - Direct access 2012:
- Patch management
- Troubleshooting - Citrix:
- Application install
- Windows/Office update
- Troubleshooting - VMWare View 5.1
- Troubleshooting
- Reinstall image - GPO
- Change/add new policy it needed
