Description
Principal Scientist wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Technology or in an equal life science area
- 3 - 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical and analytical development within the pharmaceutical industry with focus on parenteral dosage forms
- Expertise in the field of lipid based formulations as well as solid understanding of analytical technologies to characterize lipid formulations and prefilled syringes
- Working experience in prefilled syringe development and manufacture would be a big advantage
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Leading development activities in relation to lipid based parenteral formulations in close alignment with the company's pharmaceutical and analytical experts with focus on scientific understanding of drug product
- Coordinating lab activities in collaboration with external partners
- Ensuring high quality documentation like scientific reports to summarize former and ongoing development work
- Developing analytical techniques or evaluating analytical tools to characterize in-depth lipid based formulations in close alignment with pharmaceutical and analytical experts
