Your tasks:
- Actively support the client's compliance officer in the implementation and running of the Integrated Compliance Management (ICM) program and maintenance in all three legal entities in Switzerland
- Regularly provide compliance trainings
- Establish compliance reports for the board of directors of the legal entities in Switzerland as well as for the country counsel
- Prepare the required entries in compliance databases (STEP, CORISMA, etc)
Your qualifications
- Master in law and first working experience in compliance management
- In-depth knowledge of areas of law relevant for identified compliance risks, e.g. antitrust laws, international anti-corruption law, data privacy, insider trading law, export control restrictions and pharma codes
- Experience in developing and implementing guidelines and procedures
- Ability to actively advise supported businesses and management on implications of business strategy
- Ability to train employees and management effectively in compliance related topics
- Role model in business integrity and ethical behaviour
- Excellent skills in English and German, good knowledge in French language is preferred
