IT Site Support Engineer: French/Windows 7, Windows 10, MS Office/Lotus Notes
My consultancy client is looking for a French Speaking IT Site Support Engineer who will report to the Regional IT Manager
Key skills:
- Fluent French and English is MANDATORY
- ITIL V3 Certified
- Windows 7, Windows 10, MS Office experience
- High Lotus Notes, Outlook (Exchange), O365 experience
- Hp 2m9
- Network Technology
- Active Sync preferred
- Experienced
- Fast learner
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Global Service Desk agent (1st level telephone support to end-users)
- On-site support (1st and 2nd level support)
- Eyes and Hands for our outsourcing partners on-site
- Supporting all IT-related equipment which is not supported by our outsourcing partners
- Support the production environment and their IT suppliers when needed
