Cyber security consultant | London | £650-£700 a day |12 month contract
It's advantageous to currently hold SC clearance
Are you a cyber security consultant with a strong knowledge and understanding of Cloud based technologies? Do you have previous Government/Public Sector background? If so then this 12 month contract could be for you.
Design security architecture for agile driven, cloud (and Crown Hosting) based, digital IT solutions. Ensure that specified security controls or other counter-measures they specify to mitigate, minimise, or treat discovered risks are pragmatic, appropriate and cost effective.
You'll be delivering & maintaining digital security architectures (Platform, endpoints, networks & application) - The security of the AWS platform & hosted applications. You must have an in depth understanding of cloud based and traditional security technologies and an in depth understanding of security specific protocols (e.g. TLS, Kerberos and SAML) You'll also have an in depth understanding of cloud technologies. Specifically, should have secured cloud solutions previously on industry recognised cloud platforms (e.g. MS Azure or 365, AWS, Google, Skyscape)
It's advantageous to currently hold SC clearance
Essential skills and experience:
*Have proven track record of designing accredited cloud based security architectures
*Have in depth knowledge of AWS security tools
*Experience of Automated security testing tools
*Experience of delivering Open Source security controls
*In depth understanding of cloud technologies. Specifically, secured cloud solutions previously on cloud platforms (e.g. MS, AWS, Google, Skyscape)
*experience of a broad range of networks and underlying IT technologies and environments
*Experience of Container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
*in depth understanding of cloud based and traditional security technologies and an in depth understanding of security specific protocols (e.g. TLS, Kerberos and SAML)
*Hold LCCP IA Architect and CCP SIRA
