We are looking for an experienced Security Consultant to come on board with immediate effect. You will have good knowledge of Splunk and have strong Configuration and integration knowledge. Ideally your experience will have been gained in a Financial Services environment, but this is more of a nice to have, then a must have.
Role:
Engagement Activities
Splunk Logging, Alerting and Dashboarding to support project activities for O365 Security Logging and Monitoring.
1. Configuration and integration of Splunk components to 0365 tenant API's.
2. Evaluate and analyse business requirements and design suitable solutions, challenging requirements where necessary
3. Data mapping from event source to business requirements.
4. Configuration and alert writing within the Splunk tool.
5. Create Application health and monitoring dashboards - Deployment status, application health etc
6. Timely and accurate communication of project status reports, risks and issues to key stakeholders
Skills:
Advanced Splunk Searching and Reporting.
Dashboard development.
Experience using and troubleshooting Splunk/Addons for data collection and visualization.
Experience operating in a Search head Clustered/Indexer Clustered environment.
