Sap Success Factors - Employee Central, BAU, ORD
We are on the search for someone with specific experience for the deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central eg workflows, reports, data migration, testing but with extensive BAU experience and can help shape what the BAU team and processes should look like (for the system admin team).
The successful candidate will work with the business supporting them in the process of user adoption of SF across the company. You will also be involved in the implementation of several SF modules across the business.
It is essential that candidates have the following experience:-
I am looking for a resource with BAU experience of the following activities.
- Creation/amending of business rules
- Creation/amending of MDFs
- Update translations
- Updating Boomi integrations
- Creation/amending of pay scale structures
- Creation/amending of foundation data
- Creation/amending of workflows
- Creation of new ORD reports to support the business
- Amending RPB (role based permissions)
We have built loads of these and we want a resource that will be able to help us to maintain, change or create new ones.
We are not looking for someone that has just the following:
- Created/documented requirement for any of the above
- Tested the deliverable built by someone else
Employee CENTRAL experience is critical. We are not interested if someone has lots of Employee PROFILE with little Employee CENTRAL experience.
