Description
On behalf of my client, a global provider of Network infrastructure solutions to all industries. We are looking to hire a UC Support Engineer (Microsoft) to support the business in achieving its strategic objectives. You will join the existing team in supporting their UC clients and Contact Center applications.
To be successful:
3 years in similar support function
In depth knowledge of IP Telephony, Networking and enterprise application flows and protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, H323, SIP, MGCP .)
Good knowledge of MS Skype for business/Lync, Unified Presence, Active Directory, Dual Mode Phones, Sonus and Audiocode gateways and analogue fax gateways
Luware contact center solutions (or willing to learn)
MS O365, Exchange and SharePoint would be considered a merit
Microsoft Vendor Certifications is an advantage
Fluent English
Either French or Dutch speakers will be prioritized
€450 - €550
