Requirements Engineer (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Author initial/product requirements documents together with business representatives
- Review of software requirements documents elaborated with development team
- Structure the requirements into levels of different granularity down to the granularity that allows the software requirements to be implemented by software development
- Ensure that the requirements are clear, complete, distinct and without contradictions
- Ensure the vertical traceability from the product requirements down to the most detailed level of software requirements
- Document the initial/product requirements according to internal requirement management guidelines
- Manage changes to initial/product requirements according to customer change
- Resolve any requirement issues found (by changing existing or adding new requirements)
- Support the software project processes on any questions about product/software requirements
- Cooperate with project requirement management and all stakeholders within the software project
- Enforce the software requirement process within the software project
- Manage requirements, test cases and associated risks, including their status and traces, in the requirements management system (i.e. HP Application Lifecycle Management)
Your qualifications
- Profound know-how in data processing and analysis
- Expertise in the digital transformation area
- Experience with data-driven business
- Experiences in the pharmaceutical/diagnostical area are a plus
- Experienced in Analytics Platforms offered by Salesforce, Microsoft Tableau, ThoughtSpot or similar vendors
- Fluency in English
