Description
Red is searching for an SAP Training Developer for a long-term project located in Toronto, CAN. This is for a direct end client through a global consultancy.
Main Skills:
- Proficiency and familiarity in SAP 4.6 or higher in HR, Payroll, Procurement, Workforce Management and Materials Master, SuccessFactors, SAP HR Benefits, Compensation/Performance is desired
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience as a SAP Training Developer/Instructional designer with previous SAP Training development experience
- Excellent multi-tasking, time-management, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills; excellent presentation skills
- Previous experience in large scale SAP ERP implementation with focus on HR. SuccessFactors experience is required.
- Expert level skills in Uperform/WBP,MS Office, Outlook, Project and Visio;
- Public Sector and/or Transit or Transportation industry experiences is an asset
Role and Responsibilities
- Meets deadlines within the set time constraints as required and directed by the SAP Training Manager;
- Assists with special projects as requested and acts as backup for other personnel as required;
- Develops blended learning training material (HC, QRG, Participant Guides, User Specific Work Instructions, Job Aids, eLearning courses etc. as needed using SAP standards
- Assists in the development of the Payroll and HR Training Curriculum
- Delivers training in a classroom settings, training room logistics and set up as required for project teams and potentially end users
- Co-ordinates meetings with business SME/BPO for information gathering for the development of training material highlighting potential concerns/risks or issues pertaining to training
- Partners with Organizational Leads to capture all change impacts effecting training for business users
