T4S Solutions are currently looking for a Service Desk Supervisor to work in Belgium on a 6 month extendable contract.
Role Summary:
Responsible for the operational functioning and follow - up of the service desk
Key Responsibilities:
Briefing the service desk on changes or deployments that may affect call/ticket volumes
Day-to-day planning (shift schedule)
Production of statistics and management reports
Representing the Service Desk at meetings
Liaising with the Service Desk Manager and senior management
Owner of weekly/monthly team meetings
Set IVR messages for major incidents and planned outages
Requesting all accesses for new Service Desk staff
Backup of the Service Desk Manager.
Experience Required:
Proven experience in a Service Desk Supervisor role
Strong people management skills
Structured and organised way of working
Able to manage and dispatch a sudden increase of workload
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
Bilingual French and English
Qualifications:
ITIL v3 Foundations certified
