12 month contract (extendable)
€40-60/hour (depending on experience)

The Role
The Process Integration section is part of the waferfab organisation and its main task is to sustain released IC processes, and improve them on cost, quality and cycle time, while for new processes a smooth transition from the Innovation group and a safe ramp up have to be ensured.
Main tasks:
- execution and management of process improvement actions in the areas of quality, cost, yield, productivity, defectivity and process performance, often in the form of projects or 8D teams
- leading projects or 8D teams
- translation of electrical problems to tool- or process problems
- support the fab organization in case of process problems
- tailoring product design and test sensitivities to process parameters
- monitoring of process quality using Statistical Process Control
The Individual
- technical education at university level, or college level
- experience in IC technology, devices
- experience in process integration or process development
- experience as a project leader
- flexible team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- demonstrated ambition to continuous learning
- take responsibility and initiative for achieving the objectives
- experience of working in project teams,
- be able to handle multiple projects or issues in parallel
