Manning Global is recruiting an Site Solution Architect for Optical and Copper Network for our client, a global leading telecommunication company, to be based in Warsaw, Poland.

Position Title: Site Solution Architect for Optical and Copper Network
Position Type: 6 months contract
Start Date: April-May 2017

Responsibilities:
- Work for Poland POPC / FTTX / NBN projects - responsible for high level design, define and lead technical standard with Operator and government.
- Support and define the strategy of acceptance and the procedure with the Operator and Subcontractors.
- Understand SOW of POPC / FTTX / NBN requirements, output in the project delivery plan, technical solution and project acceptance procedure.
- Support the project manager to manage project cost, schedule and quality.
- In charge of management and communication with related customer and subcontractors.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and promote the market consolidation and development.

Skills:
- 10+ years work experience on Copper / Optical projects.
- Optical and Copper Network solutions and technical architecture understanding.
- Fully understand all relevant technical knowledge of site infrastructure layer.
- Strong experiences / senior expert in Optical and Copper Network solutions, including POPC, FTTX, Copper, etc.
- Familiar with Optical Distribution Network engineering design standards and specifications, relevant products and elements knowledge, planning & design tools.
- Familiar with optical access network, experience of OSP construction.
- Communication skills - external and internal relationship with the government and with the main operator, good at finding and solving problems.
- Experience of end-to-end architectural design of Optical / Copper Network.
- Familiar with the relevant network construction tools in the market.
- Experience as a Solution Architect, engaged / led a number of medium / large projects to build optical or copper networks.
- Experience of end-to-end architectural design of Optical / Copper Network.
- Experience in or led Optical / Copper Network construction / reconstruction projects.
- Hands-on experience in dependency analysis for customer design architecture according to network consolidation.
- Understanding of relevant network migration tools on the market.
- Optical / Copper Network project delivery in Poland is preferred.
