My consultancy client is helping their global IT/telco customer to change their operation model and product offering from current on-premise model to Cloud/SaaS model and require an SME who has experience in one or both of the below areas, to help define the SaaS transformation strategy and operation elements - process, organization etc.
1. Go-SaaS Strategy and overall operation model
- SaaS business model design - Offering structure, pricing methodology and strategy, profit model
- SaaS market insight, especially Telco Carrier Saas product for Bss/Oss/big Data
-SaaS ecosystem management
- GoToMarket strategy design for SaaS offerings - Marketing, Channels, customer servile etc
-SaaS business case and financial forecast
2. SaaS transformation
- End to end process for SaaS based product development, sales, marketing, customer service, ecosystem management
- Typical SaaS based organization structure and decision making criteria
- Metrics and KPI for SaaS business
- Finance transformation to support SaaS model - accounting, cost management etc.
Experience and knowledge with Microsoft, Salesforce, Adobe, Velocity, Worknow etc will be highly appreciated. Experience to transform a software company from on-premise model to SaaS model will be preferred.
