Description
IDPP is actively recruiting for an IT Project Manager who will be responsible for the adaptation, delivery and implementation of new software releases, including (data) migration and integration within the existing IT landscape for one of our client's customers located in Bulgaria (Sofia).
The successful applicant will have the following experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a project manager in similar projects
- IPMA-B, Prince 2 Practitioner accredited
- PMP certified
- Experience with software development processes (Scrum, Agile, XP), migrations and integrations, including testing, QA and management
- Knowledge of application development in mixed environments (IBM/DB2, Power7, VMware)
- Knowledge of open source products such as Activity, Tomcat, JBOSS, MySQL, Mule ESB, BPMN
- Proven experience with business transformation processes and the associated change management
- Good communication skills, tact and persuasiveness, both at team level as at the level of the Steering Committee
- Fluency in both English and Bulgarian
Role:
- The successful applicant will be the representative for both business and IT and important stakeholders in the project
- Deal with the various stakeholders, interest from other business representatives as well as bring the project to a successful completion
- You will deliver a project plan that is discussed and approved by the client which will be carried out under your leadership within the prescribe timing and budget and to the satisfaction of the client and its users

International Travel:
- Infrequent travel to Spain - Once or twice every two months
