THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY FOR THE SR. Oracle HCM CLOUD ANALYST:
- Work in all project phases including fit/gap, configuration, and testing and production support.
- Assist in fully integrating the Oracle HCM cloud system into current business environments and provide input on best practices
- Advise on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
- Configure Oracle HCM cloud system to meet business requirements
- Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Oracle HCM solutions
- Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology
- Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
DESIRED SKILLS FOR THE SR. Oracle HCM CLOUD FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT:
- 5+ years Oracle HCM experience with a strong focus on HCM and Payroll
- Oracle HCM Cloud
- Upgrade and implementation experience, with a minimum of 1 full life cycle implementation
- Ability to work on all project phases and production support
- Solid understanding of setup tables, entire HCM cycle, processes, and reporting
- Understand integration of HCM with other oracle modules such as Benefits Administration, Payroll
- Knowledge of People Tools, Application Designer, People Code, PSQuery, SQL

- Based off market rates
