I am currently looking for Genesys Architects to join one of my projects in the San Francisco Bay area.
About the role:
Lead Architect: (12 Month + Potential Extension)
The lead Architect will own the project from discovery to design and deployment from a Genesys Architecture perspective. Along with the interfaces which the Genesys on premise platform will make from a Network, Security, Systems, Data etc. perspective. The overall ownership of the Low Level Design and High Level Design transformation will be the Lead Architects responsibility, along with working with the Contact Centre Architect & Technical Project Manager and associated deployment team. This individual will be involved from engagement kick off through, discovery, design to deployment, testing, go live & stabilization.
Engineering Architect: (3 Month + Potential Extension)
The engineering architect will be responsible to draft and deliver a Low Level Design from an Engineering perspective. Working with the Lead Architects, and client resources to translate the signed off Low Level Design from an engineering perspective to a deployment ready state. The main responsibilities will be coordinating the design stage from an engineering perspective and taking this through deployment and testing. The Engineering Architect will report into the Lead Architect, but will also have a dotted line to the Project Management team.
