Identity Management Specialist Level 2
Period: 5 months
Duty Location: Belgium/Mons
Must have: Security Clearance: NA TO Cosmic Top Secret
Duties/role
The planning and management of:
- Issuing and revoking Root CA certificates
- Issuing and revoking the NATO wide CA certificates
- Issuing certificates to other root CA domains
- Issuing, downgrading, and revoking root administrator certificates
- Issuing CRl's
- Issuing Authority Revocation Lists (ARl's)
- Manage the NATO wide CAls
- Manage the NATO wide Registration Authorities
- Manage and control the life cycle of end users for the NPKJ
- Manage and control the life cycle of end users for the NMS
- Engineering of the NPKI Information System and the NMS PKI Information System
- Responsible for the operation of cryptographic security for all types of NATO funded PKI systems and associated equipment to meet Infrastructure Communications Project requirements.
- Supervises the day-to-day operations/management/backup of the PKI systems
- Responsible for the creation and management of PKI related Directives
- Provide, as requested, technical support to forensic investigation.
- Provide assistance to TIER 3 as required in respect to intrusion detection and malicious code prevention.
- Provide technical support and assistance to NATO CIS Operating Authorities.
- Responsible for supporting all NATO exercises.
REQUIREMENTS (Skills, knowledge, experience required):
- Extensive knowledge of modern communication and Internet Protocol (IP) based networking technologies and systems including security aspects;
- Working knowledge of Router and Switches configuration.
- 3 years' experience with latest Virtualization Technologies
- 4 years extensive experience with PKI System development, design, management, and implementation - vulnerabilities of modern operating systems and applications
- Extensive experience in analysis of risk and in implementation and integration of INFOSEC protective measures
- Must be familiar or proficient with NATO/National PKI security policies and procedures
- Experience with Sal database administration
- Extensive experience in operating systems backup and restore
- Working knowledge with Shell Scripting
