Connect44 are looking for a Wireless Engineer who is fluent in French.
Technical competence:
Proven Nokia 4G/3G/2G experience.
Excellent NETACT knowledge and Nokia OSS management
Proven GSM/WCDMA/LTE Radio network planning and optimization experiences
Excellent GSM/WCDMA/LTE system knowledge
Excellent knowledge of usual performance management tools: SW suite required such as Mapinfo, Actix/Nemo and performance management tools such as Metrica, Optima or equivalent.
Swap experience is required.

French - English
Profile:
Operational quickly
Experience: +/- 6 years in the 4G/3G/2G BSS Network Planning Optimization
Excellent GSM, UTRAN and eUTRAN E2E network skills
Team working and Field operations skills
Proficient with Actix/Nemo/Atoll
Proficient with OSS performance management post-treatment layers concept such as Metrica, Optima or equivalent.
Excellent experience of BSS/UTRAN protocols analysis
Subcontractor's Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but, not limited to:
4G/3G/2G optimization technical support of the Nokia RAN swap.
