Description
One of our clients are a leading Telecoms Organisation and they are seeking to Recruit an EPC/Packet Core Design Engineer to assist in delivering EPC design solutions and evaluate any new software releases into the EPC network. As an EPC/Packet Core Design Engineer you will also be responsible for the HLD and DLD designs & solutions, platform design and platform integration.
As a successful EPC/Packet Core Design Engineer you will be required to not only Lead the delivery of EPC projects and deliver them to SLA's, you will also be required to manage potential Vendors and Internal Teams. While in the role of EPC/Packet Core Design Engineer you will also be developing and delivering cost efficient delivery plans.
A successful EPC/Packet Core Design Engineer you should be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Working knowledge of 3G MPC/EPC elements and associated interfaces
- Understanding of LTE network and functionality including IMS, RCSe and CSFB
- Delivery of the commercial deployment of EPC covering Design, test and/or deployment
- Ability to manage vendors and provide leadership/mentoring to other members of the team
