Operations Support Analyst

Analyst, Support, Data, FX, MS Office, SSI, Standard Settlement Instruction

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an individual to work as an Operations Support Analyst for a Banking client based in Belfast.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a couple of years experience in a role such as inbound/outbound call centre consultant. It is an opportunity to step into an Analyst position within the Financial Services sector.

Key skills/experience required:

- Experience working in a call centre (as this position will be mainly inbound and outbound calling)

- Financial Services background would be preferred

- Strong MS Office skills

- Personable and confident speaker

- FX product knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
