I am currently looking for Genesys Engineers to join one of my projects in the San Francisco Bay area.
About the role:
Our client is currently transitioning from Genesys cloud to on premise, this is voice only for the moment but they plan to expand the solution with digital channels. I am looking for Genesys Engineers to initially work in a BAU Support role, however they will be expected to assist with the migration and stabilisation of the solution to on premise as well as with the roll out across additional channels. In parallel we are working on the architecture of the new solution and will seek to involve existing team members in future new deployments. A proven track record of supporting global Genesys projects as well as excellent working knowledge of SIP and GVP are a must.
