You are experienced with outsourced vendor management and are ready to take ownership of problems by driving multiple vendors towards a resolution. You have a keen focus on maintaining availability and evaluating the end-to-end impact of major changes.

Responsible for creating, designing and developing network solutions
Participates in defining, configuring and implementing solutions.
Defines operating procedures within area
Is a source of knowledge, technique or expertise for networks Discusses solutions with vendors, challenges vendors and internally communicates outcome in a more general language
Participates in the resolution of high impact incidents
Creates and reviews technical documentation (such as user guides, training manuals, and system specifications)
Participates in change preparations and oversees the implementation of high impact and high risk changes
3 + years' experience in designing and/or developing network solutions
You are proficient in creating, producing networking strategies within a project management set up.
Good Knowledge of: Cisco ASA, Cisco automation and management tools (Prime & CSM), Cisco Wireless, WAN Optimisation (WAAS) and QoS, AAA, Cisco ISE, PKI and certificate-based authentication analytical/problem solving skills
Result-driven with persistence and consistency towards the solution of challenges
Expert knowledge switching and routing
Basic knowledge
ITIL processes
Strong skills with Visio, and to create and maintain quality documentation
Good knowledge network monitoring tools, inc Netflow
