PSD are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join their market leading client who specialise in the Aviation & Aerospace industry.
Due to security factors, my client is looking for a Filipino national. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has approximately 5 years' experience in implementation or support of infrastructure platforms, application deployments, implementing systems and modules with experience in multiple lifestyle implementations.
Key responsibilities:
- You will implement, build and support infrastructure systems and platforms in accordance with agreed standards, meeting the agreed technical and functional business requirements and specifications.
- You will ensure the integration of the requirements matches that of interacting systems, applications and services both inside and outside of the company and in the wider industry.
- You will participate in full life cycle of multiple projects ensuring the solution(s) developed are able to sustain the projects' functional and business requirements.
- You will ensure all risks and issues that affect the project are raised following set processes and are actioned appropriately. You will escalate risks and issues that pose a significant impact to deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have:

Advanced knowledge of ITIL service management principles. You will have software development principles and programming languages mastered.

Network, security and virtualisation technologies mastering

Master's degree or equivalent preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or similar.
It is beneficial to have industry experience in Aviation or Aerospace.
This is a 2 year contract on a daily/monthly, competitive rate.
You must be aware that this role will require travel.
