Position Title: SAP CRM-CIC IT Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for SAP CRM-CIC to contact center managers throughout Europe operations and work on system maintenance along with process improvement
- Helpdesk requests handling as the 1st line of support
- Identify and implement improvements to systems and applications to meet forecast company’s business requirements
- SAP CIC maintenance
Qualifications:
- 2 + years of experience in System development area (Web or Legacy), with good knowledge of general aspects of IT industry including networks
- Experience with Databases (Oracle, MS-SQL) is essential
- Experience with ABAP and SAP CRM CIC preferred
- Good client facing and communication skills to all levels of management
- Ability to analyze business requirements from all key liaisons
