IT Infrastructure Service Engineer
Global Enterprise Partners is looking for an IT Service Engineer in the Amsterdam area to provide diagnostic support during the installation and servicing of new stores.
You will be working closely with the Retail team of my client and perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair business problems (office and store level). You must have an engineering mind with a very hands on approach and a great customer and contractor interface.
As the IT Infrastructure Service Engineer you need the following skills and qualities:
- 2-3 years' experience with Engineering
- Windows 7/10, Windows Server 2012, Windows Embedded
- Imagex, PowerShell or VBS, Active Directory
- SAP and WinShuttle experience is preferred
- Deep knowledge of Excel (Formulas and Macros)
- Knowledge of Retail: Epicor/Aptos software, Point of Sale systems and software, Planning/Allocation/Merchandising.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- Pro-active and willing to go that extra mile
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
