Description
Key specific accountabilities:
- Management of intraday reports and trade exception queues to improve confirmation timeliness for clients within their SLA period via their preferred confirmation method
- Client account opening and maintenance of sub accounts
- Monitoring and management of high volume mailbox in Outlook
Qualifications:
- One or more years of Financial Services experience.
- One or more years of Operations experience related to processing trades and the movement of securities or cash
(nice to have)
- Strong Fixed Income experience - Understanding of Trade Lifecycle
- Excel,VBA & Microsoft access experience
- Knowledge of electronic platforms for trading and confirmations including Bloomberg, TradeWeb, MarketAxess, Omgeo CTM and FIX.
