The scope of work is as follows:
Cyber roadmap support:
- Collect the input and prepare the support material for the delivery follow-up meetings (SEN Interlock, Cyber Steerco)
- Write the minutes of those meetings and ensure follow-up of actions
- Run the Security Change Review Board PROC ess (collect information, write minutes, communicate decisions).
- Make sure all Cyber documents are maintained and aligned (flyer's, KPIs)
- Improve our sharepoint and build sections for "visitors" + a collaborative zone where people not from GS could update documents
- Document our processes
- Build and maintain the cyber dashboard (KPI monitoring + Quality assurance indicators)
Tech Sec support:
- Manage the submission of TechSec deliverables to ensure timeliness and adherence to schedule and standards
