Description
My client is IT consultancy looking for an ITSM Support/Admin Consultant to work for an end user customer in Paris , France for a minimum contract term of 12 months.
In this role you will be required to:
Coordinate the administration of ITSM and increase the competence of the current team on the technical actions to be carried out.
Management of incident management and correction
Managing the management and correction of problems
Follow-up of requests for maintenance and upgrades
Drafting and implementing operational processes related to the administration of ITSM.
If necessary, intervene on a project with high stakes.
Pilot the ITSM technical activity.
Realize the application integration of new versions of the product in production (integration, recipe, production) environments.
Provide expertise, follow the administration of the technical and application layers, intervene promptly in consultation with ServiceNow/MEXON as a technical ITSM expert.
Manage the management of work requests (formalization and follow-up off its realization).
Perform 2nd and 3rd line support
Desirable skills include:
Strong ServiceNow and MEXON ITSM expertise
Expertise relating to tools for measuring, prescribing technical solutions
Autonomy, rigor and methodology, excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, analytical and synthesis skills
Knowledge of manage schedules, action plans and deadlines, Strong schedule, action plan and deadline management
Experience integrating and administering applications,
Good knowledge of IT services and one or more ITIL processes (ideally ITIL-V3 certified),
French speaking is a must. Proficiency in English to interact with our suppliers and partners.
