Description
We are looking for a Functional Tester to work at our multinational client in The Hague
Expected tasks and deliverables by the Consultants
-
Identifying the Target Test Items to be evaluated by the test effort
-
Defining the appropriate tests required and any associated Test Data
-
Gathering and managing the Test Data
-
Detailed specification of the test cases.
-
Log of test actions and results.
-
Description of defects encountered during test execution.
-
Report on test preparation and test execution progress
-
Report on test results, ie test coverage, execution rates, defect details
-
Evaluating the outcome of each test cycle.
Educational and experience
-
University degree with minimum 3 years hands on experience in Functional Testing.

Demonstrable ability to use structured approaches to test preparation, test specification, test data provisioning, test execution and defect management,
-
Good analytical skills
-
Demonstrable knowledge of SQL,
-
Experience with the test management tool HP ALM and workflow management principles and electronic task management tools such as Jira,
-
Knowledge of industrial test analysis best practice and related standards (ISEEB or ISTQB),
-
Knowledge of Software Development methodologies/life cycles and/or Infrastructure Development methodologies/life cycles.

Good Communication skills, interpersonal skills and analytical skills.

Being active in a multi-cultural environment, the Contractor's staff shall have a very good level of English (oral and written).
