IT Service Desk Technician English and German Speaker, Alicante
We are looking for an IT service desk technician to join our client's 1st line team in Alicante, Spain starting ASAP. You should speak excellent English and German. Please apply immediately for details of this excellent long term opportunity working in a great location for a European organisation. Contract to end 2017, renewable 1 year (multi-year assignment). Work is in 8 hour shifts to cover the period 07.00 to 19.00.
You will act as a single point of contact for all users and carry out, amongst other things:
Incident and request management, resolution, monitoring, closure and evaluation
Manage security and control access
Support for VIP and all users
Measure and report KPIs
Publish FAQs
Maintain technical documentation
Test software (User Acceptance Testing)

EXPERIENCE:
You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a service desk technician working in a 1st line team using ticketing and other software tools in support of Microinformatica.
