Description
I am currently looking to employ a Senior JDE CNC Consultant to join a JD Edwards team in Antwerp on a contract time basis. In this role, the successful candidate will be working independently as well as in collaboration with other consultants to provide CNC consulting to multiple customer base in both the UK and Europe.
Responsibilities
* Effectively coordinating and responding to client queries as per agreed process.
* Leading customers through JDE project activities.
* Being proactive in identifying areas of concern, determining a course of action for resolution for customers.
* Assisting in defining procedures and processes to increase customer satisfaction.
* Delivering excellence in customer support as per service level agreements.
* Ensuring currency and continual development of knowledge in the products and delivery methods of the relevant software.
* Ensuring Standards and Oracle Best Practices are followed within the activities they are engaged.
* Providing guidance and knowledge transfer to colleagues and the customers in alignment with industry best practices.
Experience Required
* Extensive experience as a JDE CNC consultant/administrator.
* Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role within an outsourced or consulting environment, demonstrating a high level of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality.
* Experience in the following areas are essential:
JD Edwards Installation and Upgrade.
JD Edwards CNC (XE - 9.2): Security Administration, Server Manager, OMW, Package Management, ESU/ASU Installation, Tools Upgrade, Troubleshooting and Performance Tuning, JDE post implementation technical support tasks.
* Experience in the following are highly desirable:
JDE Business Service Server and RTE Server.
JDE OneView Reporting.
Oracle database, DB2/400 and MS SQL server.
Oracle Weblogic Application Server, Oracle Application Server and IBM WebSphere Application Server.
UNIX, I-Series and Windows platform experience from a JDE perspective.
Cisco Tidal Enterprise Scheduler.
* Relevant Industry certifications well regarded.
