IT Helpdesk Analyst - French speaking
Contract
£10/£11 ph
Middlesex/Hertfordshire border
3 months initially - (View to be a long-term, on-going position).
Working on a shift rota: Core hours: 7:45 through 6:30 (7.5 hour working day)
Our international client, based in Rickmansworth, require someone to join their 1st line Service desk team. A good opportunity for those looking to work in a corporate environment for a well known international organisation. Accepting applicants who have IT degree's or IT support training or equivalent, accompanied with at least 3 months working experience in an IT support role.
Duties:
Recording and monitoring the progress of incidents according to agreed service levels
Provide initial assessment of all incidents/requests, attempt to resolve or refer to other support areas.
Maintain high level of first time fix rate to achieve Service Desk Key Performance Indicators
Taking 30 to 40 calls per day
Essential skills:

- Fluent in French and English
- Excellent customer service skills and phone manner
- Service desk environment experience
- Good communication skills
- Passionate about customer service
- MS Office knowledge
- Has worked with prioritising calls
- Ideally to have worked with call logging systems
- Will need to be flexible in order to support core business hours
