We are looking for a ServiceNow System Administrator, with large enterprise experience, and a proven track-record managing key relationships in a customer facing position for a contract role in London. The System Administrator will be required to manage an end to end ServiceNow solution and support the development of the Service Catalogue during a period of transformation.
Candidates should have the following skills/experience;
- Extensive experience as a Systems Administrator or Configuration Lead on ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of requirement gathering and development of client's requirements
- Infrastructure knowledge and background of Service Now installation, development, configuration and administration
- Experience of administration and configuration of ITSM tools
- Analytical and business aligned
- Good understanding of IT services and the ability to translate them into service offers for an IT and non- IT audience
- ITIL certified or environment exposure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills the ability to engage service owners across the organisation
- Experience as a Service Delivery Manager highly desired
