Description
- Hands-on experience as a design lead with full life cycle experience implementing ITSM solutions
- Experience in working with technical and non-technical stakeholders for requirements and configuration definition
- Strong experience with supporting ICT life cycle and operational methodologies such as ITIL
- Implementation experience with on-prem and cloud environments including support for operations
- Extensive hands-on experience implementing, tailoring, and tuning SCOM in medium to large programs is essential
- Experience with data and system interfacing/integration to support information
This is an initial 6 months contract with a view of extension.
