For our customer we are looking for a Infrastructure - Network SME
eWork is direct supplier to our customer - there are no extra middlelayer. This means that we have good contact with procurement and in many cases, know the stakeholder and their needs.
We need a candidate who has an in-depth-knowledge on network and a thorough understanding on why and how to test this.
The resource will be responsible for writing test cases for Network, and plan execution of this.
The candidate must be self-driven. Furthermore it is important that the candidate has good communicative skills.
We need a Technical Test Designer: resource who can create, structure and document tests to perform on the network, or in detail:
The Technical Test Designer role needs a resource who can review the network architecture and design documents and in collaboration with the test manager & level test manager create a suite of tests which will focus on the quality attribute of 'performance' as it relates to the cabled and wireless network infrastructure in a location of ours.
The tests will include the performance and capacity of the network between two locations and the latency of the network with regards to specific applications used by the traders. The latency tests will be supported by the relevant application responsible. The resources are expected to raise any additional test scenarios which are relevant to the test & level test managers.
