Essential: MS Cluster Admin; Windows Servers security & hardening; Backup & Recovery; Alerting & monitoring; Protocols - TCP/IP Networking (SNMP, SMTP, DNS, DHCP); IDE/programming languages; Active Directory; Virtual Servers technology; Network & system management tools
