IT Support Officer Desktop, Alicante
We are looking for a desktop IT support officer with intermediate English to join our client's Operations support team in Alicante, Spain starting ASAP. Please apply immediately for details of this excellent long term opportunity working in a great location for a European organisation. Contract to end 2017, with annual renewals (multi-year assignment). Working hours: 8 hour shifts to cover the period 06.00 to 20.00, and weekends in rotation.

EXPERIENCE:
Ideally you should have 2 years' experience in an IT support role dealing with users and desktops.
Mandatory Skills Required:
- Knowledge ITIL/CMMI processes, 2 years
- Experience IT Support desktops/PCs, 2 years
- Professional IT qualification required (University desirable)
Languages
- English: to level B2 of the (intermediate) of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEF)
