Position: Senior Redhat, Linux, Netapp and VMware Administrator
Location: Texas - Fort Worth (USA) (NEED TO BE LOCATED IN TEXAS.)
Type: Contract Role 6 months rolling
Rate: Depends on experience - Neg
We are looking for a seasoned Redhat Certified Systems Administrator (RHCSA) with strong competencies in Netapp Administration and VMware Administration to work on our client site based in Texas - Fort Worth (USA). Our client, a major global Pharma organisation requires the candidate to take ownership of their Linux estate from Design and Engineering through to day to day support against incidents and changes to the platform.
Proven experience and competencies in the following areas:
Storage - SAN/NAS technologies
VMware - Virtualisation
Shell Scripting (Excellent)
IP based Network Technologies
SSH/SFTP, FTP, PGP protocols
Data Centre Deployment "Best Practices"
Linux Deployment, patch management, upgrades
Cluster Technologies
Manage access, accounts and functionality of all home office and remote access solutions.
Certifications:
RHCSA required
RHCE - preferred
NCDA Netapp certification - preferred
VMware Certification - preferred
