Your tasks:
- Accept and take care of customer related projects in order to fulfil customer orders
- Creation of project plans and project reports
- Cross-functional responsibility for resource management
- Responsible for customer contact during realization phase of orders (spoc to customer)
- Presentation of services and products in front of customer
- Implement customer solution scenarios based on products and bespoke products
- Support processes from design to expansion and implementation of customer solution
- Support in the provision of customer-oriented documentations
Your qualifications
- Experience in acting as a single point of contact for customer requests
- Experience in providing services to business customers and / or end customers
- Highly motivated and communicative, not scared of confrontation
- highly advantageous:
- Basic knowledge in IP routing and VPN technologies
- know-how in workflow instruments and / or JIRA used as workflow instrument
