Description
My client is looking for a Functional Workday Consultant with specific experience of Workday Absence. Specific experience around Time Off and Leave of Absence, absence plans (eg Maternity or sickness for different countries according to requirements), Time Tracking would be ideal.
This role involves assessing current status, looking at requirements, current set up and exploration of available functionality within Absence, understanding and assessing Business Process with a view to implementing best fit and standardising where possible.
The ideal candidate would have worked on an international/Global deployment and will understand the needs and issues that will be faced and comprehend the systems capabilities that can be maximise by employing best practice.
