Working as an IT Coordinator at a customer site on behalf of an IT Solutions Company working in Paris you will be responsible for the following:
- Translates infrastructure services requirements into "IT language"
- Raises service requests in the defined work flows and traces & tracks the business approval
- Traces & tracks and implement the requests in time - Provides feedback to the customer about the general quality of infrastructure services (consolidating feedback from end users)
- Communicates with business regarding major changes ongoing in the infrastructure services area as change agent of the customer
- Provides helping hands for maintenance and support which cannot be done remotely
- Executes ISM inspections and reports result to stakeholders defined by the business
- Supports training for users regarding new services or significant changes in existing services
- Coordinates with defined application service providers/contacts in case of any application issue - Reports to the customer about the services/tasks he/she provides.
- Translates documentation from the customer into French language
- Provide local support for Video Conferencing System
