Regulatory Administrative Assistant (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Support the Head of Global Drug Regulatory Affairs and the team members in all administrative matters
- Schedule appointments, arrange meetings and manage working schedule of Head of GDRA
- Anticipate the daily needs and requirements of the department and ensure that these needs are met
- Organize interviews on behalf of Human Resources and take care of new employees
- Upload several DRA related documents to iTrack as well as contracts to conTRACKts
- Distribute the DRA Newsletter and keep the international contact list updated
- Process consultant bills, invoices in general and departmental expenses
Your qualifications
- Profound administrative experience in an international company
- Familiar with company policies relevant to Drug Regulatory Affairs
- Experienced in meeting and event organization
- Fluent in English; French and German would be a strong asset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines
- Good organizational skills, open-minded and service-oriented attitude
