Responsibilities:
- Online Channels, Omni-channel enablement solutions, ecommerce solutions
- BSS : Product Catalog, Customer 360 View, Order Management, Billing, Service Fulfilment.
- OSS: Service Assurance processes, Provisioning & Activation, Inventory Management, Service Management, Proactive & Reactive repair.
Qualifications:
- 14+ yrs of experience in Telecom BSS and/or OSS domain. Strong Telecom domain knowledge.
- Good understanding of Fixed line and Mobile Services for B2C as well as B2B.
- Exposure and hands-on with E2E solution design and architecture for Telcos.
- Knowledge TMforum frameworx and its application.
- Should have prior experience in B/OSS strategy, Requirements definition, Architecture considerations / Principles, defining architecture / architectural guidelines.
- Should have high level understanding of COTS products in BSS & OSS Domain.
- Excellent communication & Presentation skills (Hungarian & English), ability to run workshops and structure discussions, Good document writing skills.
