This global Pharma Powerhouse is adding to its current UNIX capability with this position as part of their ongoing strategic growth in the Prague center of technical excellence.
Job Purpose, Tasks and responsibilities:
Global Service Line Owner support and ensuring the support for business critical systems and business process
Responsible for the implementation of service life cycle management, which includes service and technology life cycle management, architecture and innovation in close cooperation with Architecture & Service Lifecycle Management within Global IT Infrastructure Services
Active management and monitoring of Service Delivery to all customers and partners
Responsible for service level management and process improvements, demand & capacity management, configuration-, change-, incident- & problem management, supplier & contract management, benchmarking, etc.
Ensuring that the internally and externally sourced IT services for all Unix/Linux Systems are aligned with business needs and are delivered in accordance with customer Service Level Agreements to Customer IT Standards and in line with industry best practice
Audit SPoC for SOX auditors and SOX processes
Management and monitoring of Tier 1-4 Services effectiveness
Access Management - especially for UNIX/Linux area (processes, technologies)
Deputy to UNIX/Linux Service Owner Requirements:
Experience as Service Delivery Manager in international enterprise environment
Strong technical background and IT infrastructure knowledge (ideally Unix/Linux related technologies)
Fluent English - spoken and written
Excellent coordination skills, service management and project management skills + leadership skills
Flexibility and stress resistance, working partially for different time zones
Excellent communication and organization skills
