- Ability to travel abroad to countries such as Canada and across Latin America.
- Lead and participaite in Business Architecture related workshops with clients.
- Travel could be up to 50% at times.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior management to drive CRM implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test and deploy.
- Serve as CRM lead main point of contact throughout all project phases and lead the day-to-day executions & monitoring of all transformation projects and manage associated issues and risks and ensure on-time delivery.
- Write HLD & LLD for CRM design along with understand integration points across business services.
- Deliver in depth CRM technical expertise to Business Architecture, Customer & other groups like CPQ, Omni Channel, MDM Customer, Billing, Ticketing
