Background : On behalf of our International client with State of the Art technologies, ITech Consultant are seeking a motivated Service Desk Consultant with a dedication and passion for IT Support.

Tasks:
-Providing First Level IT Support via Telephone, Email, Remote tools and on-site (Zurich & rarely in Holder bank)
-First analysis of all customer requests and gathering of all necessary information
-Creating ticket in the Service Management tool in accordance with ITIL guidance (User Incidents, Security Incidents, Application Support, User Administration, Information Management, Order Management, Complaint Management)
-Forwarding incidents and service requests which cannot be resolved by the IT Service Desk to the responsible IT Team in line with the process specifications
-Technically or hierarchically escalate incidents or service requests and doing their follow-up incl. proper customer information flow
-Experience with Mobile device configuration is preferred

Experience:
-Minimum 02 years of experience in a technical support function
-1 year experience in supporting G Suite business tools
-Responsible for ticket quality and completeness of all customer requests
-Correct registration of all incoming customer requests, closing of all user requests
-All tasks have to be executed in compliance with IT Policies and HTS Standards
-Previous experience with setting up conference rooms technical infrastructure for business meetings
-Fluent in English
-German B2 level is acceptable

Nice to have:
-Trainings: Microsoft courses (Windows 7, Office 2010, Active Directory, server etc.), Network, Security, G Suite Mobile Management to manage Android and Google Sync devices, Symantec, Citrix
-Hardware skills: Lenovo, Apple iPhone/iPad, Samsung phone/tablet, HP Printer, CISCO videoconference
-Fluent in French would be an advantage
