SDN Architect, SDN/NFV, Milan
OVERVIEW
SDN Architect with in depth design knowledge of SDN/NFV infrastructure solutions URGENTLY required to design and deploy SDN/NFV infrastructure across Europe.
ROLE
The SDN Architect will be responsible for creating High Level & Low Level Designs that enable the deployment of the SDN/NFV infrastructure solution. The SDN Architect will work with vendors to create Proof-of-Concepts, which will evolve into full-scale architectural designs. The SDN Architect will work with network deployment teams across Europe to deploy the SDN/NFV solutions and will be a SME for SDN/NFV. The SDN Architect will also play a key role in evaluating new and existing technologies related to SDN/NFV.
REQUIREMENTS
- Software Defined Network (SDN) and Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) experience
- Network Integration experience with SDN & NFV infrastructure
- Excellent knowledge of multi-tenant cloud environments (eg VMWare, OpenStack, Helion, Azure, AWS)
- Strong background of traditional network infrastructure ie TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, IMS, WAN, LAN etc.
- Good experience working with large Network and Cloud vendors.
