Security Engineer,
( Security, Firewall, DMZ, SSL/IPSec VPN, Proxy, Remote Access, PK )
We are searching for Security Engineer to join a leading telecoms carrier in Brussels, Belgium.
You will join a team responsible for the organizations corporate security, As the Security Engineer you will be tasked with analysing security aspects of business projects and provide technical guidance to guarantee sufficient security controls and implemented. You will also provide guidance for security activities in the system development life cycle.
Essential Skills:
- Knowledge of the security of Telecommunication networks (like signalling protocols and network elements) is a plus.
- You understand general network environment (LAN, WAN, WiFi, Routers, Switches) and network communication protocols (Ethernet, TCP/IP, MPLS)
- Practical knowledge of security systems and good knowledge of security solutions on the market (eg. Firewall, DMZ, SSL/IPSec VPN, Proxy, Remote Access, PKI ...)
- Good conceptual knowledge on Cisco technology
- Splunk knowledge is definitely a plus
