Austin Fraser are currently recruiting for an SME in CA Automation Suite for a 6 month contract based in Swindon.

Responsibilities:
- Provide second line technical support for CA Automation Suite for Clouds 1.6
- Responsible for providing support on customisation, documentation and product maintenance activities.
- Responsible to liaise with CA to log tickets and troubleshoot any environment/configuration issues.
- Undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of staff problems, from straightforward to more complicated technical issues.
- Create user accounts for CA ASC, reset passwords, create groups etc...
- Act as the point of contact for all level 2/level 3 incidents and problem tickets regarding IT issues & queries for CA ASC 1.6
- Support product customisation activities and liaise with the product vendor for all related issues
- Respond to incidents in accordance with priorities and agreed service levels & update tickets in the service management tool
- Manage incidents to business expectations
- Advanced User & Security Group Active Directory administration
